Process

Manufacturing

All products are handmade to order. Once an order is placed and finalized, it is sent to our partner manufacturing centers.

Our partner manufacturing centers are located in Asia, where each item is manufactured, printed and/or finished and packaged by hand.

Quality Control

Each product goes through a well-inspected Quality Control process, before it is carefully packed. 

Packaging

Packaging is made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials. Each item will include sewn-in labels, hang tags/accessory holder (if applicable), a poly bag or box (shoes) and a packing slip. 

Shipment

Orders are shipped from China or Columbus, Ohio (for Economy US Shipping) using USPS, Fedex or DHL. See our Shipping Policy for updated information.
