Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges due to damage or an error must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unless a return is due to an error or damage, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and this is non-refundable. Returns are sent to Texas, USA.
To start a return, please e-mail us at hello@myrrhandgold.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchanges due to an error or damage, please contact us at hello@myrrhandgold to request an exchange. For all others, please follow the standard return process and purchase the desired item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the return.
Cancellations
Once your order begins manufacturing, we are unable to cancel or modify an order. If you need to edit or cancel an order or item, please let us know as soon as possible after placing the order and we will confirm the status and whether we are able to complete your request.
