Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout, once the shipping address is provided.
Please Note: Shipments outside of the United States may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom’s law in the destination country.
Shipping Carriers
Premium Shipping
Shipments shipped with Premium Shipping are typically sent with DHL or FedEx to assure excellence in international shipping. Once an order has shipped, you are able to update your settings for delivery via DHL On-Demand and FedEx Delivery Manager.
Economy Shipping
US orders with UPS Economy will be shipped from our manufacturing center in China to our distribution center in Ohio. Here it will be undergo reshipment and shipped to its final destination.
The following exceptions apply:
- When shipping to a US territory, Alaska or an APO address, Premium shipping is required and USPS will be the delivery carrier. Please allow 30+ days for delivery.
- Our goal is to ensure your products are shipped as quickly as possible. In the event a carrier is backlogged or volume is high, carriers may change.
Processing & Delivery Times
Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery
Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:
- Premium (International): 4-7 business days
- Economy (US Only): 7-10 business days
Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.
Delays: Delays may occur due to the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. Due to the current COVID-19 challenges, unexpected delays may occur. Please allow additional time for your delivery to be made before contacting us.
Note:
- Orders placed using PayPal eCheck will be shipped out after the payment clears.
- Delays may occur due to inventory/material limitations, environmental, political or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs (and we hope not), we will do our best to communicate this to you as soon as possible.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided for every order. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification, or you can track your order by going to your order summary or your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Multiple Shipments
With our manufacturing centers located in China, different products are produced at different locations. For this reason is why we may ship your orders in multiple shipments to ensure your delivery is as quick as possible.
